Hotline Support

The HVAC&R Center provides and has provided support to a wide range of clients by providing timely, technical information on HVAC, Refrigeration, IAQ and related topics.

One of the most popular means of supporting various programs is through the use of a telephone and e-mail hotline. When one of your employees or customers has a question, they simply contact the HVAC&R Center staff for the answer.

The Center has supported dozens of utilities, private companies and government organizations with this service on topics including: general HVAC information, equipment efficiency, IAQ, thermal storage, industrial refrigeration, heating equipment, and more.
